What you get
Visual Call Flow Builder
Drag, drop, and connect IVR menus, queues, ring groups, extensions, time conditions, and more. See the full call tree at a glance.
Auto Extension Allocation
Configure your extension range (3-5 digits, custom start/end) and the planner auto-assigns numbers as you build. Override any time.
Call Path Stories
Auto-generated plain-English narratives for every possible path through the IVR. Great for documentation and customer sign-off.
Print-Ready Diagrams
Export the visual call tree as a print-friendly PDF. Scales correctly for letter and A4. Include or exclude call paths and extension directories.
Markdown & JSON Export
Export the full plan as a structured Markdown report or a JSON file you can reimport later. Version your IVR plans in git.
Node Types
Main numbers, IVR menus, queues, ring groups, extensions, voicemail, external numbers, announcements, time conditions, and disconnect nodes.
Who it's for
VoIP Providers and Resellers
Design call flows during the sales process and use the exported diagram as a sign-off document. When the customer approves the flow, you have a spec to build from.
MSPs Deploying Hosted PBX
Map out the full IVR before touching the PBX admin panel. Catch routing mistakes, missing extensions, and dead-end paths before they hit production.
IT Teams Planning Office Moves
Document your current call flow before the move, then design the new one side by side. The exported Markdown makes it easy to track what changed and why.
Frequently asked questions
What node types are available?+
Main numbers (incoming DIDs), IVR menus (auto-attendant with DTMF routing), queues, ring groups, individual extensions, voicemail boxes, external transfer numbers, announcements (play and continue), time conditions (business hours routing), and disconnect nodes.
Can I import an existing call flow?+
Yes. The planner supports JSON import, so you can save a plan, share it with a colleague, and they can load it in their browser. There is no proprietary format -- the JSON is human-readable.
How does extension auto-allocation work?+
You configure a digit length (3, 4, or 5) and a number range (e.g., 100-199). As you add extensions, queues, and ring groups, the planner assigns the next available number. You can override any assignment manually.
Is my data stored on your servers?+
No. The planner runs entirely in the browser. Your IVR plan is stored in your browser session and can be exported as JSON or Markdown. Nothing is sent to our servers.
Can I print the call flow diagram?+
Yes. The planner has a built-in print layout that scales the call flow diagram, call path stories, and extension directory for letter or A4 paper.
