About

Voice quality diagnostics that end the argument.

We test your connection the way voice traffic actually uses it, then show you exactly what happens.

The problem

When VoIP calls sound bad, the ISP blames the VoIP provider. The VoIP provider blames the ISP. You are stuck in the middle with no data, no answers, and no resolution.

Speed tests do not help. They measure bulk throughput, not the latency, jitter, and packet loss patterns that actually destroy voice quality. You need a tool that tests what matters.

What makes this different.

Real media path, not a speed test

We send audio over an actual voice media path. Real codec encoding, real RTP packets, real network behavior. Speed tests use TCP bulk transfers that can't experience the jitter and loss that destroy voice calls.

Hear the difference

We take a clean reference audio clip and apply your network's actual conditions to it. Packets that were lost become silence. Jitter distorts the timing. You hear exactly what your connection does to a voice call.

Standards-based scoring

Voice quality scores use the ITU-T G.107 E-model, the same framework telecom carriers use. Reports include raw data, methodology, and scoring breakdowns. Attach them to support tickets. Use them in vendor disputes.

Catches what others miss

VoIP problems are often intermittent. Jitter spikes during peak hours, packet loss that comes and goes, routing changes that degrade quality unpredictably. Our testing is designed to surface the issues that are hardest to reproduce and easiest to dismiss.

Built for the people stuck in the middle.

Businesses & End Users

My calls sound terrible and nobody will help.

You call your ISP. They say the connection is fine. You call your VoIP provider. They say the network is the problem. VoIP Test gives you an audio clip of what your connection actually does to a voice call, plus a diagnostic report you can attach to your next support ticket. No more he-said-she-said.

MSPs & IT Providers

I need to prove the client's network is ready before we deploy.

Run a baseline test before every VoIP deployment. When something goes wrong six months later, you have the before-and-after data. Reports use international telecom standards, so when a vendor pushes back, the evidence speaks a language they already recognize.

VoIP Providers

We need to rule out the network before escalating.

Send customers a single link. They run the test, you get a shareable report. When the issue is the customer's network, the report shows it clearly. When it is not, you find out faster, and skip the back-and-forth that burns support hours.

Who builds VoIP Test

VoIP Test is built and operated by Telnamix, a registered voice service provider. We built this because we work in the same industry and deal with the same problems every day: call quality disputes, inconclusive network tests, and the blame game between providers and ISPs.

The diagnostic engine uses standardized testing methods and scoring. Results are the same regardless of who your provider is, including us. Full methodology and raw data are included in every report so the evidence stands on its own.

Telnamix is a registered voice service provider. VoIP Test operates as an independent diagnostic platform. Test results are not influenced by any commercial relationship.
